Chasselas

Chasselas is a traditional white table grape, very early with very nice taste but small berries.

Bud break: Average

Sensitivity to fungi and diseases: not very sensitive to botrytis and acarids, sensitive to downy mildew, to phomopsis and to eutypiose.

Characteristics: Variety of average vigor.

Production: Average.

Aptitude : stores well, ships well.

Cluster : Average, loose.

Berries : Spherical, average to small, colour from pale green to amber yellow. Thin skin, juicy pulp.

Ripeness: Early.
